Each additional guest is $150/per night per person. This home is a newly contemporary residence that seamlessly blends sophisticated design with the beautiful surroundings. This home has an amazing view and an infinity pool and hot tub. There is a private pickleball court on the property for renters to use. There are big screen TVs in each room, a fireplace outside. There is a full time staff provided to help with daily cleaning, shopping, and cooking (cost of food is at renter's expense). Summary: The house is beautiful (even better than the pictures)-- perfect set up for our family and another. It's situated literally right on the beach in a quiet area but a short 15-minute walk to the town. The kids paddle-boarded and spent hours in the ocean and pool. Claudia and Francia took such good care of us! They made us the most delicious, authentic Mexican food, arranged activities, and coordinated rides to other areas. One of our favorite vacations -- we are already planning a return trip!

Summary: Beautiful brand new house, top of the line kitchen and amenities, and an amazing pool that is on the beach Could go on and on, but the staff at the house elevates it even more. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Claudia is an amazing chef and extremely friendly. There is never a need to leave the house. Communication with owners is seamless…… don’t stay anywhere else.

Summary: The property was first class in every aspect! The hosts and staff were top notch and made our stay exceptional from the moment we arrived until we sadly had to leave. Communication was prompt, the place was spotless, the lovely staff catered to us and Claudia has amazing cooking skills. A perfect place to enjoy a family getaway in a beautiful part of the world.
