This brand new home features a whole bevy of custom and high-end accoutrements! The attention to detail is hard to describe, but the high-end touches will make your vacation in this home second to none. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms bedding for 10, this home is perfectly comfortable to relax during your stay. And the backyard - when not at the beach, you'll feel right at home with our amazing backyard. Everything has been thought of - a large in-ground custom pool with bubblers and large sun-shelf, large grassy area for the kids to play, plenty of room to run around, a huge covered patio to take a break from the sun and (you're gonna love this) an outdoor kitchen area (sans sink) to stage and grill up that delicious summer dinner. Oh, and lest we forget - a climate controlled pool-side bathroom so you don't have to track the water in when nature calls!
On-site, we have a new 6-passenger golf cart, available for rent for a nightly fee, ready to whisk you two blocks away to our pristine beach.
The single-story setup makes this a good choice for guests who are looking for mobility accommodations. The open-concept living room area has two large sofas and two comfortable chairs, views of the backyard, and a large, flat-screen, high-definition TV. A bright and calming design and warm decor ceilings keep the space light and spacious without sacrificing a homey feel.
The kitchen and dining areas connect seamlessly to the living room, allowing you to cook while socializing with friends and family. The modern kitchen has everything you need to host a meal for you and your guests, including a stovetop and oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and plenty of fridge and cupboard space. There is a large island bar with five bar stools that is ideal for having a morning coffee or laying out snacks and drinks. The dining room table comfortably accommodates up to six people and a breakfast nook/game table can seat an additional four.
Guests have their choice of four bedrooms. There are two primary suites each with king-sized beds and private ensuite bathrooms with dual sink vanities and walk-in showers. Each of these rooms features a modern style and high-end furnishings with large-screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and bedside tables. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fourth room has two sets of twin bunks perfect for younger guests (or guests young at heart!). The rooms also have high-end furnishings, large-screen TVs, and plenty of space to spread out. These two rooms and the common areas are serviced by the bathroom in the hallway.
There is a washer and dryer in the hallway for added convenience during your stay.

Summary: Let me start by saying the house is amazing. Very spacious and more than enough room for everyone. The host was good. I will say this. On the listing it does not say the golf cart has to be rented for the entire stay and also the pool heat has to be paid for the entire stay. During our stay however we did in fact pay for the pool heat which did not work the first few days. Had to call this in several times and our last two nights were awesome when the heat actually worked. The twin bed bunk room is not meant to hold 4 adults due to the fact that we were told the upper beds had a weight limit of 100lbs. Also the ceiling fans were hard to control. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating.

Summary: This home was very clean which is very hard to find. Check in process was swift. Backyard was stunning and the pool was very well kept. Only negative is we wanted to extend our stay an additional night but the host responded past check out time and we had already booked another stay for the night. Would def book again if in the area.

Summary: This property had everything we needed plus more. The pool was amazing for the kids, even the deeper end (5ft or so) had seating area in the pool. There was an outdoor shower and hose making sand easy to deal with. The outdoor bathroom with AC was super convenient for avoiding wet feet in the house during pool time. Everything was spacious, comfortable and spotless in this house. Let's not forget how close this house is to the beach, literally right down the street you have beach access and Thomas Donuts right in front. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to FL!

We loved being able to rent the golf cart and the pool!! Wow! It was so awesome to have a bathroom outside with the 3 preschoolers. We will for sure be coming back. If you have young, old or active friends and family this is the house! Also, if your group is foodies like mine the kitchen and grill area is where they will want to be.

Summary: 8 days of us wanted some R and R at. Beach location. We couldn’t have asked for a better week! House was clean (fairly new?!) and was more than comfortable for us all! Pool was heated for swimming all time of day, loved the BBQ grill setup outside and outside restroom was a great feature. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Summary: We loved our experience at this property! Our group included my spouse, our 2 adult children and their spouses, and 3 grandkids. We never felt crowded - everyone had privacy when needed and plenty of room. The house and property were beautiful and modern. It was easy to reach out to the property managers, and they were very responsive. The location was great! Close to the beach, 2 grocery stores, pizza, and a wonderful donut/snack shop. Our family loved the pool/patio/back yard area, but we also went to the beach every day. Great memories, and we hope to return to this same house next year!
