Summary: Very nice place, extremely clean, great floor plan, very nice beds and pillows. Just an overall great place to stay. Seven of us thoroughly loved it and the hosts were great. We got nearly two feet of snow in two days and thankfully, they had a party hired to clear the driveway. Highly recommend this place. One of the nicest we have stayed in, in this area.

Summary: Loved the location and proximity to Monarch Mountain. This house had plenty of space for my family and I during our stay and the host was very responsive. I would love to stay again in the future when skiing Monarch.

Summary: Wow!! This is an amazing home located near Monarch Mountain, Poncha Springs, and Salida. We were amazed how secluded we felt, yet so close to everything!! The homeowner Courtney was amazing with communication and made sure our stay was great!! I can’t begin to list everything you’ll Love.. Huge spacious home, very large Hot tub on the massive deck that wraps the entire front and sides of the home with incredible views!! Large living area that joins with the dining area and kitchen made it great for everyone to hang out and not be separated by walls. Cozy beds, linens, well appointed Kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Jetted tub in the primary bedroom, washer and dryer, and of course the Pool Table!! We are already planning our next stay!! Pictures do not do this place justice, it is a must see!! 5 Star for sure! Thanks, Chris

Summary: Our family got together to escape the heat and explore this area of Colorado. The home was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the scenery and share family meals. We loved the location, lots of outdoor space but close to town. The home is spacious, clean, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything to make meals. The hot tub was a great bonus, we all enjoyed it! The grandkids loved exploring the property. Courtney was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. I highly recommend this beautiful home!
