3 Bedroom Apartment in Jones Falls, Elgin

This custom two-story lake side house has one floor dedicated to your vacation enjoyment with 1,500 sq ft comprised of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, combined open concept kitchen, dining and living space with A/C to keep everyone cool.
The kitchen is well supplied with all dishes and cutlery, a pantry, dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc (if something special is required, please make a request). All beds are ready with clean bed sheets and linens. Bath towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.
For indoor entertainment there is a 50” flat screen with satellite TV, Blu-ray player & many movies. Board games, cards, puzzles and books are well stocked.
Outdoor deck with gazebo, table & chairs, BBQ (& propane) allow for spectacular views of the lake and sunsets while relaxing, cooking and dining. Firepit has a great view of the waterfront.
Steps down to the lake takes you to a large shared dock with swimming ladder, swimming platform, canoe, kayak and paddle board.
Boat docking is included and a public boat launch is nearby. Please let us know during the booking process if you plan to bring a boat.
Location has great fishing for large and small mouth bass, northern pike, crappie, perch, ... Area highlights include 2 sandy walk-in beaches (with children play areas), golf, shopping, and much more.
Please note that this property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in the family.
Additionally there is video monitoring in driveway and parking areas only. No audio.

Summary: Liked to be able to discover the area unknown to me. A comfortable stay, able to accommodate 91 year old mother in law. Well equipped to cook in and eat outside with view of the lake and wildlife.

Summary: The family and I stayed here for 5 days. Check-in was smooth and we were greeted by our host Steve. He was easy to contact leading up to our stay and put in the extra effort once we got there. He even brought us some yummy vegetables from his garden. The rental was extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. We have a 4 year-old and there were games to play and books to read. Added bonus was he got to sleep in a bunk bed for the first time! It had been on his wish list for a couple years and he told us he really enjoyed it. The property is right on the lake with wonderful views. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends!

Summary: The unit is beautiful, and the view is gorgeous. Our host was very helpful and friendly. There are significant stairs down to the water, so not a good property for people with any mobility issues. The paddling is great! Very quiet setting and lots of wildlife. A very pleasant stay!
