Summary: Although this beachfront home is very close to where we live, its location provided us with an amazing holiday. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach, feeling the ocean breezes on our faces, along with six days of solid sunshine were special! The home is bright, spacious and easily accommodated three generations. The kitchen is well stocked and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, linens and bedding are a good quality and the resident bunnies provided good entertainment. Tim, the owner, was a dream to deal with….very responsive, clear instructions, and keen to ensure that we enjoyed his property. We would highly recommend this rental.

Summary: The house is beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. We loved being right on the ocean, enabling us to enjoy spectacular scenery (including a distant killer whale pod one evening). The house is close to every spot of interest on the isthmus. The hosts are responsive and ensured that our stay was worry-free. We look forward to coming back.

Summary: The owner is responsive and very helpful. Our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The house and the surrounding beach are magnificent. While the house itself is spacious it still manages somehow to be cosy warm and welcoming with its well placed seating and dining areas. It is very well equipped with kitchen items plus the furniture, artwork and decorations all add to a homey personal experience. The outside patio and seating area as well as the fire pit look like they would be wonderful in summer although we were visiting during colder weather. The sleeping arrangements and the bathrooms are all comfortable and conveniently situated for a larger family. The views from all parts of the house are spectacular especially at sunrise and sunset. Thank you Tim for sharing your outstanding vacation home . We are looking forward to Easter!

Summary: This property was amazing. The views, location and overall amenities were better than most VRBO properties. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, some spices, even coffee filters, plus plenty of linens and bathroom supplies.

Summary: our 2nd stay at this fabulous beach house. 7of us... lots of sprawl space... choice of bathrooms.. This house is immaculate. tons of extra bedding. Great kitchen- well equipped. Love the view while preparing meals. Best feature (if you ask me)-- serious bonfire pit. firewood ever so handy with driftwood right there. we brought a jigsaw-- that & beach hikes -- cooking, wine.. bonfires... BLISS. thanks TIM. love this place. will most definitely return !!
