Brand new contemporary 1 BR suite for 2, overlooking the ocean. Recent addition of an 8 x 14' deck that commands a great ocean view. Queen size bed. Large bathroom with shower. Slate and carpet flooring. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of cupboards, full size appliances and island. Internet access provided. Suite is over the garage and looks over the top of the main house to a full view of the ocean. 30 stairs to the beach. Fire pit, horseshoes. 2 red plastic kayaks with life jackets and paddles are available on loan at your own risk. Steep paved and asphalt driveway, recommend all wheel drive only in the winter. Lots of parking and turn around space at the bottom.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Sargeant Bay in Jun/July 2024 The accommodation was clean and well appointed The setting at the Coach House in Sargeant Bay was truly peaceful and relaxing. Summary: We had a restful stay at this beautiful property. John and Janey are kind, generous and welcoming hosts. We enjoyed their friendly suggestions on the beautiful sites to see on the coast. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The views of the ocean from the balcony were amazing. Most of all we loved the easy access to the water from this property. The water in the bay is amazingly clean. The highlight of snorkeling with the beautiful sea stars made our trip. We would love to come back!

Summary: We stayed here in 2020 and had such an amazing stay that we returned in 2023. It is still an amazing home away from home and once again we felt welcomed and comfortable. Summary: Janey and John's coach house is a 1-bed apt atop of their garage, separated from their main house. The coach house is private and has a great view to the Sargeant Bay, where I could watch the sun rise over the tree line daily while sipping coffee. The cottage house is good for 2 adults, and the pantry is well stocked with seasoning to allow daily cooking needs. Clean, plush towels and well supplied toiletries. Janey and John are lovely and eager to share their passion of coastal living. Definitely recommend and I look forward to visit again.

Summary: My husband and I booked this place hoping for for a quiet and relaxing place to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. This place did NOT disappoint. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean. The ocean water was perfect for swimming and kayaking. The location is not too far from Sechelt but the location of the house by the bay was a perfect escape from our busy city lives. The hosts were great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back as we have more to explore on the Sunshine Coast!
