We have had so many compliments on this home. Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, extra large walk-in shower. Bedrooms: Master with king sized bed and master bath. 2 guest bedrooms witih queen beds and guest bath. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking if you are so-inclined. Landscaping is well maintained. There's a nearby park, Woodside, for walking and exercise. It's a favorite park for dogs. Only one block from Fern Park which has large play structures. Garage. and parking.

Summary: This home was very clean and quiet. Paulette was an extremely attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: From the moment of our arrival to the last minute of our stay we were beyond happy with not only the property, but also the owners Paulette and Patrick, who were very kind and gracious. The home is lovely and spacious and the kitchen is more than well stocked with any type of appliance or gadget needed. The beds are very comfortable and ample linens and towels were provided. During our stay in July there were a few days of 100+ degrees and the A/C kept us cool and comfortable. The backyard and patio are beautifully landscaped and completely private, with a gas grill and plenty of seating. Really a beautiful oasis in a suburban setting. My husband and I felt completely at home at this property, the owners treated us practically as family, and the neighbors are also wonderful folks! Summary: We loved Paulette's house in Woodland. My family stayed there for 2 weeks. Quiet, safe, and near a fun park for my kids! Clean and well kept. Very responsive owners. 100% would rent again!!

Summary: This lovely home was such a wonderful oasis to our family! Paulette had the home well supplied and comfortable. Any time we needed information, she got back with me quickly. She was great. The home is great. You will have a wonderful time there!

Summary: I highly recommended this home. Pauline and Patrick’s spacious home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the amenities one may need. Their house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which is a close (15minute) drive to Davis (A+ farmer’s market) and makes for easy access to Sacramento and the SAC airport. Woodland is a friendly place filled with many restaurants serving local eats. Their bright, open home was wonderful for our 3-month stay. The home's backyard was a wonderful, serene retreat for my family. The host(s) were responsive and accommodating-many thanks for opening your very special home to me and my family.

Summary: Paulette and Patrick are wonderful hosts. They met me after a long trip and showed me the house. They bought some food and snacks for me. The house itself is everything you could want - spacious, clean and fully stocked in every aspect. Patrick even left me a fresh toothbrush, toothpaste and razor. The backyard has a grill and lots of seating. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. There is a nice park 1 block away. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well. In sum, you can't go wrong staying at this home. And in addition, ask the hosts anything about the surrounding area and they will be sure to give you great advice! Gary

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Woodland. It started with a personal tour of the property and a review of the many amenities by one of owners. The homey feel of the house, as well as all of little details for making us comfortable , were amazing. The home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood and you can get anywhere very easily. When we go to Woodland we usually stay in local Inns but now we look forward to a much more comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Summary: We stayed for two weeks in the house. And we enjoyed our stay very much. It's really a comfortable house and Paulette and Patrick are very friendly. They left us some bread and juice, eggs and cheese when we arrived that was very welcome after a long flight and drive. Summary: My daughter was moving to Davis. In the interim we stayed at Paulette's home. It felt like home. Just looking at the pictures brings back memories. We enjoyed the area and the quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this listing. They were very attentive to making sure we had all we needed for our stay. Thank you for an amazing experience!!
