Positive: Beautiful location and great food as always.

Negative: After having stayed at the property many times over the years there were a few little things we noticed that are starting to slip a little. Some of the reception staff were just not quite as professional and friendly as previously, the spa wasn’t working and some of the facilities were worn or broken. Nothing major but we did notice. The restaurant and food was fantastic as always.

Positive: One of the most pleasant outlooks in all Australia ... we enjoyed all meals and staff are superb. The nature walks were heavenly and seeing 3 koalas made my trip!

Negative: Struggling to name a thing ... soundtrack in restaurant, bit repetitive (comment rather than complaint!). Ev erything superb.
