Positive: Great location. Well-appointed. Had all necessary amenities and then some.. AC worked well once inside, but the veranda was an oven. There was no way to cool the veranda down. Comfortable beds. Nice decor.
Negative: I was given the wrong entry code. When I arrived, it was 37 degrees,probably over 40 degrees in the un air-conditioned glassed in veranda where I struggled trying to get into the airbnb I paid for. When I texted the contacted person, they responded saying, "Can I call you later?" Meanwhile, I'm thinking I've been scammed. Finally, the proper code was provided. Now I'm drenched in sweat and 30 minutes late for an important engagement. Never was compensation provided or even an apology. The property owners have a long list of fees if you don't abide by their rules: ($25 early check-in fee (only available with day before approval) $50/half-hour late checkout fee (11:05am = late) $75+ additional pet fee after check-out (if pet was shedding, wasn't picked up after, left behind odors, etc.) $250 smoking fee (traces of smoking or other strong/bad odors) $100 key replacement fee (if key is not in lockbox when you check-out) $300 locksmith re-keying fee (if key is not found/returned within 7 days)) but not willing to offer any compensation for their error, which caused me a great deal of anxiety. Parking is a challenge as you have to maneuver your car (I drive a 4-door sedan) back and forth a have a dozen times to get out of the narrow driveway. The bathtub was not clean. (Many hairs from the previous guests(s)

Positive: A very nice apartment with a new modern kitchen. There was plenty of room to have family over for lunch. It was great to have separate bedrooms, and off road parking

Negative: There was 2 different code to access the key. It was not the good nip for the wifi, but both of those thing I was able to figure it out. There was a pair of dirty socks in the leaving room on the carpet, which make me think that the cleaning was done quickly.
