Summary: Great alternative to large high rises - 2 story property made walks to/from beach with all our stuff very easy and I felt safe allowing the kids to walk back and forth on their own. We were able to leave larger items beneath the property rather than bringing them back upstairs thanks to the low level of public traffic.
