Summary: The home was very spacious perfect for nine guests. We are not overly particular when it comes to comfort since it was only a three night stay, however no one woke up and said their bed was as comfortable as sleeping at home! The reviews before booking commented that the faucet and showers upstairs hot and cold water were reversed, but then the owner commented that the plumbing had been corrected. As of our stay 9/8-9/11/23 it had not. That being said, all nine of us enjoyed our weekend getaway. Well stocked with amenities, and the common areas were all big enough for us to comfortably gather together.

Summary: The house was nice! We had a friend group of 6 plus a baby and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool area is where we hung out the most. Great area out back to relax with a pool, hot tub, and plenty of seating for everyone. There were plenty of towels for all of us to use for showers and the pool! Most of the bedrooms are upstairs and the floor was pretty squeaky, but would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This was a lovely house to spend a few days catching up with old college friends. The house was clean and well stocked. I loved that linens, towels, and beach towels were provided. The pool was so wonderful to float in. The hot tub was enjoyable too. It was a great stay. Owners were available for any questions I had.

Summary: The property was beautiful--we loved having lots of space to host our bridal party! Everything was as pictured, and the owner responded extremely quickly to our messages about some issues with the house after we checked in. We did not feel that the cost for additional space was worth it, however. We paid an additional rental fee to use a recently refurbished basement space with additional beds. This rental fee was quite steep given that there were not additional rooms--simply additional beds. The fee was also not charged until 24 hours before we checked in, though we had indicated a desire to rent the extra space in our original approval and paid for additional guests. Overall, the property was beautiful and met our needs, but we were unsatisfied with how expensive the fees became.

Summary: Property is very clean. Floors are very creaky and it’s loud when walking around. For families there are plenty of beds however there are only 2 showers in the home..it would be so great if there was another full bathroom. Overall a nice experience.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at your property that suited our 3 generation family of 10 to a tee. We loved the pool and hot tub, porch room and decor. The location was convenient to our day spent at Kings Island. We had a wonderful anniversary celebration in a family home setting there.

Summary: Check in was really easy. Location was great. My 7 friends and I slept comfortably. Pool was better than expected and we enjoyed the hot tub too. We spent the day at Kings Island so we didn't spend that much time at the house but it was great! Definitely thiking about another trip next summer!
