4 Bedroom Cabin in Hochatown, Broken Bow

SPLASH TIME LODGE has a saltwater pool with a tanning ledge, pool side basketball goal, and water slide! SPLASH TIME LODGE is a spacious 3100 sq ft. 4-bedroom 4.5 bath cabin located in the Pine Hill West area of Hochatown and is conveniently located to area attractions.
Downstairs, on the main floor, you will find a large open floor plan that features Tall Ceilings, a Stone Gas Fireplace, Laundry Room with Half Bath, and 2 King Size Bedrooms each with Private Bathrooms. The Large Kitchen features a Dine-In Bar for 8, Dining Table for 8 and a Walk-Through kitchen which offers a Buffet to house all your delicious food for the whole family. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could need to prepare dinner for your family of 18!
The 2nd Floor features a Large Open Loft Game Room for plenty of Entertainment for the entire family. You will find a 9-Foot Shuffleboard Table, Retro Video Arcade with 60 games, Pool Table, and a High-Top Bar Table. Off the Loft, you will find a King Size Bedroom and Bunk Room (with 2 triple bunks and with a King size bed included), each with a Private Bath. In the Bunk Room, a Surprise Spiral Staircase leads to a 3rd Floor Playroom with a window overlooking the Large Living Area. Spend time inside with every amenity your family could need.
Outside, there is a fire-pit, horseshoe pits, and kids play-set with swings and a sky fort. Now with a saltwater pool that features a water slide, water basketball goal, and tanning ledge. Enjoy some peace from the Back Deck, with Hot Tub, which overlooks the creek below!
ADDED BONUS: There is lots of parking space at Splash Time Lodge, even for those of you who like to vacation with your Boats! SPARE TIME LODGE is the Perfect Spot for a fun-filled Family Vacation.
Comfortably sleeps 14 with provided bedding. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN AIR MATTRESS AND BEDDING FOR 4 GUESTS.

Summary: This cabin had everything needed. The Walmart was very small so you will need to go to Pruitt foods for food stuff. Pool was amazing. It had all kinds of games for kids would book again

Summary: Loved the property! The big beautiful back porch overlooking the creek, the hot tub tub and the swimming pool! We have been vacationing in the area for well over 20 years it was by far the best stocked kitchen we have ever had! The only recommendation I would have is why not a bigger fridge? When you have that many people a larger fridge is greatly needed!!! It was a great vacation will stay again next vacation!

Summary: Overall very well maintained property. Would be a great place to bring children in the summertime. The property is very close to the National Forest and restaurants are right around the corner. We had 8 people total, and it didn’t feel crammed at all. There’s a lot of space to hang out, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. Although, the few roads that run throughout the “neighborhood” are not very well maintained, and potholes are everywhere (not the property owner’s fault). Make sure to bring a vehicle that has off-road capabilities. The only issue we had during our stay was that the propane tanks for the grill were not filled upon our arrival, and they were bike-locked to avoid them being stolen I presume. We had to go out and buy a new $75 propane tank just for this trip.

Summary: Pool and house were great! Well equipped. We could never get the slide to work and it was really hot so never able to use that after management tried to help. Overall great stay!

Summary: Hard to find. But once you do it's a beautiful property. Very spacious. But you can hear every step someone makes I'm the upstairs.

Summary: Our first time to rent cabin and stay in BB. It very nice, high ceiling, and clean cabin. Lots of great extras with all the basic amenities you need like dish washer and laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. along with a great, secluded location (but could hear some nearby cabins), anh so on. Comfy beds. Great place for the kids & dog too. We all had a blast. We will return!
