Perched in the hills above Gaston, this wonderful retreat sits in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country. With acres of land you well enjoy the beauty and privacy this property provides. It is perfect for families or small groups looking to unwind and take it all in.
One of the many amenities is the ample parking for cars or if you need room a trailer / RV. Upon entering you will find an open layout connecting the living, dining and kitchen areas. The entire area is bathed in natural light and has views of the green hills and farms beyond. There is a BBQ as well as seating in back as well. The strung bistro lights make it a wonderful spot to relax on warm nights.
Ascending upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the other two each have queen beds. Additionally there is an elevated loft with two twin beds making it perfect for youngsters.

Summary: We stayed here for a kayaking weekend at Henry Hagg Lake. The beautiful home was perfect for our family. The patio area and picnic table was wonderful for a birthday BBQ. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset on the front porch with a glass of wine.

Summary: We had a great time at Chehalem Ridge Retreat. It was the perfect configuration for adults, kids and teens to enjoy. It had a beautiful view, especially at dusk and dawn with snow all around. Honestly I wouldn’t change a thing about the weekend and I hope to be back!

Summary: Our six days were exactly what we were looking for. Our family of seven was visiting the area for Thanksgiving. We quickly ruled out staying at a hotel and began looking for rentals. This one jumped out when looking, but it was even better in person. We had lots of room for our seven and a few guests who visited from time to time, close to the zoo, omsi, tillamook, and the moda center - yet got to spend our mornings at nights in this country. We didn't cook much, but as the house cook I can vouch for the kitchen. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for lodging in the area. I plan to stay here every time I'm back in the area.

Summary: We had a little bit of a rocky start to our trip, itrip vacations straightened it out smoothly and swiftly! I can't say enough how pleased we were with the customer service we received. The property is absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of room and all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The peace of sitting on the front porch or the back patio was immense - the sunsets were amazing!. It was great to hear the roosters in the morning, and one morning an elk was grazing in the field across from us. The beds were very comfortable, made for good nights sleep. The property is close to all that we had planned to do as well. I would highly recommend this property as well as this company to work with in the future!

Summary: This location was part of Itrip so it was not directly related to the owner themselves. We arrive to an uncleaned house Thursday night and I was very unhappy. However they worked fast and got some out to clean it that night so we could still get checked in and sleep there. A hotel was not an option for us so we waited for it to be cleaned. It started off very unpleasant but they worked hard to turn our experience back around. Would stay again because this appeared to be a one off situation. …At least I hope it was!

Summary: The house is just as described. It is quiet with great outdoor space to allow you to enjoy the gorgeous views. Our dog loved laying on the porch with the breeze blowing through his fur. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only item missing was a corkscrew which we promptly bought so that we could enjoy the local wines. Our stay was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.
