This home sits at the base of mature evergreens in a quiet, residential neighborhood, less than three miles from the center of downtown Bellingham. You'll be one mile from Whatcom Falls Park and only a few miles more from Sudden Valley Golf Course and other recreation areas on the lakeshore. This is also a great spot for day trips, with the Lummi Island Ferry (20 miles), the Anacortes Ferry (37 miles), and Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest (40 miles) all close by.
Step inside to find a living space full of mid-century flair, with an abundance of natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows.
