This is a 250 square meters spotless villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen. A/C available in the entire property. Outside you will enjoy a great large terrace with jacuzzi pool and amazing sea-views. A direct sea access available. To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to the water.
A garage suitable for 2 cars is available.
The TV is set up to have access to Netflix so you can stream movies or watch TV shows. This is a family friendly location.
You will walk to the town of Minori (5 minutes walk) and you will find great coffee shops, lovely restaurants as well as the beach with the ferry dock.
Many other popular attractions are nearby.
With a short drive you will reach the towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano.
►► Living Room and Kitchen.
The living room is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe. Enjoy comfy wrap around sofa and extra chairs for seating. There is a smart TV and you can have Netflix using your passwords.
The attached fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs is a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!).
There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and more!
We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner.
►► Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort.
In one bedroom you will find a king size bed.
In one bedroom you will find a queen size bed.
In one bedroom you will find twin beds.
An extra baby bed is available too.
All bathrooms offer a stand up shower. Each bathroom has an hair dryer and there is a first aid kit on one bath. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. We also provide fresh towels, wash cloths, cotton balls, cotton swaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.
►► Laundry.
There is a washer and dryer you may use during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.
►► Outdoors.
There is a large terrace with amazing sea-views and a jacuzzi.
A lovely kitchen with pizza oven is available only if you book our house pizza chef. Inside the property there is another oven. A grill is available and we provide grill tools.
On request a professional chef is available at any time.
There is a large table with chairs under a pergola and comfy sunbeds to enjoy some relaxing time.

Summary: We loved our trip to Amalfi Coast. Marco and Donatella helped us at many steps. They helped us secure a discounted boat cruise, suggested 2 great local restaurants, and helped us with private transport when storms made ferry travel challenging. The terrace at the villa is really incredible! Highly recommend the villa and host!

Summary: This location is fabulous! Marco greeted us in the street and even parked my rental as I had a bit of trouble w a manual! The villa was great, very clean, lots of amenities, amazing terrace overlooking the ocean. Very short walk to Minori, we loved the beach and restaurants so much that we just went there each day. Great food and people. I definitely recommend this location!

Summary: We recently stayed at this villa and it was outstanding. The outdoor space is huge with an incredible view we will never forget. Our host, Marco, was great and so hospitable. He helped us arrange dinners, a boat charter and transportation. The last night we brought in a private chef, Nico, who made the most amazing dinner for us in the outdoor kitchen and was served on the patio. Truly a great experience and I would recommend highly.
