This private, luxurious hacienda-style villa, located in Caguas, has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, and a two story terrace. This amazing property is located in a private gated community in the hills of La Sierra mountain range in Caguas--a town just 25 minutes from San Juan.This beautiful home nods to hacienda traditions but incorporates modern touches a basketball court, a pool table, a bar room, a sun deck, a private jacuzzi in the masters bedroom with mountain views, a fountain adorned entrance driveway, and cable. Every bedroom has an ac unit.

Come enjoy an amazing time in the beautiful Hacienda Campo Verde. You'll have the entire property to enjoy-- the basketball court, pool table, bar. Sip wine from the two story terrace surrounded by nature and the breath-taking mountain views of the central range mountains. Tell us what you'd enjoy, and we'll set it up perfect for your arrival.
Campo Verde is a beautifully decorated 4,900 sq/ft villa. It's a 4 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds sleeps up to 9 guest. The open concept living room & dinning room will allow you to look out at the gorgeous views of La Sierra mountain range. There are 2 balconies, a large open TV room/living , an open kitchen with an island-- you'll love this house.
While this house is in the mountains top notch restaurants, hiking and everything PR has to offer are within a short drive. The airport is 45min from the house, Condado beach is only 30 min, Palmas del Mar beach is 45 min to the east side, while taking the ferry in Fajardo to Vieques or Culebra will only take about 55 minutes.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is a great, safe, gated community with security guards at the gate and guards making constant rounds. Every neighbor is very respectful to each other and very nice.
Getting around
It is necessary to rent a car**.
The house is located 18 miles from Condado- San Juan.
Public transportation on the island doesn't work as well as it does in larger US cities. Large families will be able to fit up to 5 Cars in our driveway & garage. There's also more parking in the back if needed.

There's simple basic rules, no smoking or fireworks inside the house, don't break anything and everything will be great.

Summary: Very much enjoyed the location. For what the place offered, it was inexpensive. Had a large living and kitchen area. Huge patio right by the living area for hanging out, exceptionally good during the days when it was windy and relaxing. Lower patio has a large space we rarely used, EXCEPT for the pool room outside. Bedrooms were great and each had their own PTAC unit for cooling. The only complaint, if any, would be that there is no AC in the living areas outside of the bedrooms. But, with it likely being a remodel, it made sense. Even during the heat wave while we were there, the wind blowing through on the patio kept us comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you have a group of 4 or more.

Summary: This house is located in a beautiful Gated community. Super spacious and clean. The owner was accommodating. The dining area and living room are somewhat dark in the evenings because there are no ceiling lights. It’s a bit tricky to figure out what light switch belonged to their respective light. The house could use some updating, but overall a lovely and comfortable experience.

Summary: Thanks to Gigi’s hospitality we not only were sleeping comfortably but we’re able to enjoy being a part of our culture during our stay. Played a little basketball, enjoyed a few games on the pool table and slept in the hammock with the best view ever! Locals were great and even more waking up every morning in the mountains was breath taking. Would do it again!

Summary: House was very clean and spacious. I liked that this property is gated and had security at night. This gave me comfort and peace of mind with the protection of my family. Gigi was excellent at answering our concerns and very prompt to respond. Gigi was very organized with our check in and check out. You will love this place if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay very quiet at night. If you love nature this is your place, loved it!!!!! Definitely will book this house again, thank you!!!

Summary: Rented the villa for my GF 30th b-day. The house was very nice and the views were even better. Very spacious and we had no trouble fitting 12 adults. The neighborhood seemed safe and at no point did we ever have any problems with the neighbors. Gigi, our contact, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time while we were on the property as well as when we were traveling through out Puerto Rico. She provided plenty of information of what places to visit to get the most out of our stay.

Summary: I stayed here with my family and friends 13 adults to celebrate my 30th birthday. The house was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves with each other and also to have down time by themselves. The house was perfect. The pictures do not tell the whole story of how large the house is and what you are actually getting with this rental. If you are planning to venture out to San Juan for nightlife note that the drive from Caguas is a good distance about 40min away. Get the car insurance! For whatever rental car you reserve! The house is in a gated community and is very safe. Gigi was very tentative and helpful with suggestions of where to go, what to eat and what to do while visiting. Great host!

Summary: We stayed here for my Cousin's 30th birthday and it was AMAZING!!! the pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. Gigi is a wonderful communicator and was so helpful in telling us where to go and what to do to enjoy ourselves. We had to drive a ways everyday to get to San Juan, and thanks to Gigi we were prepared for the traffic and everything. We really loved the entire experience and cannot wait to go back. Would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful get away!! Thanks for everything Gigi you were the best!!!!!!

Summary: This review is long overdue. First off, I stayed at the property in July 2015. My dad is from Caguas so it was nice to stay in his hometown and not too far from our family lives in PR. This place was very spacious (had a party of 11), it was comfortable, and it looked even better in person. Gigi helped us get to the property from the airport and she gave us plenty of tips for sightseeing. Don't forget to visit David's up the street for some good pizza. Everyone was so happy that we stayed at this property and cant wait to return.
