Summary: Some of my favorite amenities were missing. They n plunger provide complimentary bikes, and on my 2nd day there were no beach chairs to use.

Summary: Had not been back since the redo. Rooms new and restaurant new. Prices are astronomical now for what you get. You are paying for the location....Rooms were ok. No bathroom fan????? No screens in back windows. You can empty your own trash or ask for that to be done. 2 chairs and small table outside room door. for drying wet towels and suits. Restaurant - i was shocked. Ordered and appetizer that was only 4 pieces. for $22. Overpriced and sad. Lobby filled with snacks now. Why???? Miss the old ambience of the wooden bar. I cant afford the prices in season now. Off season maybe...I have been going for about 20 years....

Summary: i booked this hotel thru hotels .com. the address and the picture of the hotel i booked with them is not what I got. It was an extension of the hotel in a separate building across the street. It was false advertisement it was not what i paid for. Which was top dollar. the hotel said sometimes 3rd parties do this they were fully booked and could not give us another room. the pool was small, 18 feet only and did not look clean. The restauraunt could not get an order correct and houskeepting wasnt told to us until we asked. I feel we should be compensated.I did not get the hotel that you showed I paid for.

Summary: Overall, a good spot. Can't beat the location being right on the beach. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Two complaints: 1. For over $500 per night, room cleaning is only available by request. When checking in, told you have to call by 11 AM to request your room cleaned. We called, but no one came. It was 4:45 PM, and we had to call again to get clean towels to shower for the evening. Yes, someone came to bring us towels then in a timely manner, but again, for over $500 you should be able to get your room freshened up. Bed, towels, garbage. I had to dump our hotel garbage can outside myself. I'd argue that most people are in their rooms at that 5PM-ish time getting ready for dinner, etc so cleaning that late makes no sense. 2. The pool is heated. Too heated. If its 80/85/90+ degrees outside, by the afternoon hours being in the sun, the pool is bath warm. Not even refreshing. Save the hotel the money and turn off the heater.

Summary: The hotel is nicely updated and right on the beach. They provide beach chairs and boogie boards for their guests. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless.

Summary: Great hotel right on the beach! Rooms were modern and spacious…lots of onsite parking. The pool wasn’t open when we were there and the website said it was, that was the only bummer as the kids wanted to swim. The hotel offered complimentary beach chairs and boogie boards. Very close to Bay Village and lots of wonderful restaurants. All around, a great hotel!
