Negative: check in was pretty rude, no dining as listed on website, didn't have a comforter on our bed, they sent us shower curtains instead when asked? never said sorry, no working Wi-Fi in room. When walking around the grounds, someone that lived on the top of the hill, right next to the sign that said ' spring creek ranch overlook' yelled at us and told us to leave for trespassing, and we told them we were staying there and they sped off. Overall, decent place to sleep, not very welcoming or accommodating.

Positive: The staff was great and super helpful! The studio we stayed in was perfect with a gorgeous view. The check in and out process was seamless.

Negative: I would not go so far to say didn’t like. I would say that our studio was a bit on the warmer side. At times we had to open the sliding glass door to let in some of the cooler air.

Positive: Amazing location with beautiful views of the mountains, very spacious and well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Unfortunately the shower in the apartment was terrible. The valve is a very outdated construction and was stuck when we first tried to switch the shower on. Later we almost couldn't stop the waterflow and thereafter didn't dare to use the shower anymore. This aspect unfortunately spoiled our stay quite a bit. Please fix that shower or even better, install a new, modern one.

Positive: The management was very considerate and helpful. Our first room was very nice, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We made the best of it during the first night, but informed management of the problem the next morning. They quickly switched units to a bigger room with a very comfortable bed. We were very grateful.

Negative: Owners need to replace mattresses badly.
