Summary: This is a great house for a family. Plenty of games and a great yard space. Had everything we needed and is close to anything you might need.

Summary: This is a lovely area we chose while we explored the Hudson River Valley. It is one of the prettiest places in that part of NY. The house is open and comfortable. It has anything you might need to be comfortable. The fenced in yard is great for a dog to be safely contained. There is a wood burning stove for chilly nights. Keep in mind this is a route and not a neighborhood street so there is some traffic but not enough to bother us. Overall it is a very comfortable and fun place to stay.

Summary: we had perfect weather, great location for the event and family we were visiting. A good size place for us, wish we had more time to stay! I would go here again!

Summary: The house was perfect for our family and two medium size dogs. The house was decorated cute and was clean. House had enough to keep my 10 and 12 year olds busy for when we didn’t want to go out. The Berkshires were relatively close so this ended up being a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We booked this house for the very last minute because we had to change our original plan. The booking and check-in were very smooth. The house was very clean and cozy. The communication with the owner was excellent. We had a great time and would like to return again!

Summary: Overall the place was great. It is a nicely appointed house, with a wonderful deck. We would stay there again! I would have given all 5 stars but there was a little bit of a slow response to questions with the property manager while we were up there.

Summary: The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The back deck is fantastic, very spacious and partly covered, so we were able to enjoy the warm weather outside even if it was raining. The fire pit is a great spot to end the evening. A couple of drawbacks, in that the grass was very high upon our arrival, so we actually mowed so that we could use the grill and fire pit, plus some areas for yard games. On the third day out of four, someone else came to finish the mowing. The owner did say that the previous lawn person had left, and we understand that things happen, but we always look for rentals where we can enjoy being outside. The fenced in yard was great for our dog once mowed, and the rental is very welcoming for pets. It is difficult to imagine sleeping 8 people comfortably, but for 6 (using a trundle bed for one person), there is plenty of space. The owners are very responsive.

Summary: My family loved staying at this property. It was a perfect home for a family getaway, and gave us the comfort of being at home. The house also looked like it has a beautiful deck and backyard to play in complete with pool, unfortunately it was raining throughout our trip and we were unable to use it. I would recommend this property and plan to stay here again.
