Summary: The property is set on acres of land away from any other houses. The setting was amazing. Lots of different areas for sleeping. The deck was perfect. The living area is spacious and accommodates a large group. Also a great amount of dishes, glasses, and cups.

Summary: The property was nice. We kept running out of hot water on all levels and took some cold showers. The house is a little dated but very homey. The bottom really needs shades or curtains. The water is not one for swimming. Too many lily pads in the access area. Several loose boards and broken, cracked things in the house. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and our time together. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your River retreat.

Summary: This was a great getaway for our very large group. Lots of littles…but there was plenty for them to do. The kayaks and canoe were perfect, and they loved basketball, tetherball, etc. We had a huge family kickball game in the massive yard. Overall great experience!

Summary: We were in need of a scenic and relaxing venue for our intimate wedding and this fit the bill perfectly! The house and property are beautiful. With our group of 20 people, everyone felt super comfortable, and no one felt cramped. Lots of room to spread out between the living room, deck, and the outdoors. The house is clean, with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kids in our group had lots of space to play soccer, hide and seek, and just go exploring. We cant say enough about this house and property, and would love to book a stay there again in the future!

Summary: The property was great! Plenty of space for all of us (25). The property manager lives onsite but this was not an issue as they are closer to the entrance and the house is farther up the road. Big plus as he brought us some firewood for the pit. Plenty of parking space. The only negative would be in the bunk room area I would recommend that they put a railing up between the bunkroom and the elevated livingroom as the stairs do not go all the way across the area which resulted in one of the kids almost falling during the night returning to his bed.

Summary: The home was great, location perfect and private. I suggest to guests to please bring some type of misting fans if you plan to enjoy the outside, as well as tiki torches for the bugs.. (I never thought about what accompanies the beauty of the river and it's all kinds of critters lol) I'm from the desert so the humidity was hard to adjust and enjoy. Other than that the property managers are very responsive to needs. They brought over firewood, and extra trash bags within minutes. I recommend this home just please bring those items with you! I would stay here again

Summary: Perfect place for large parties like family reunions or bachelorette parties! We slept 11 easily and comfortably. The room with the twin beds need some weather stripping around the door. That room was very difficult to cool due to the gap in the door which led outside. Overall, we experienced multiple Comfortable areas that were available to lounge around both inside and out while enjoying the beautiful scenery!! Biggest issue, was the bugs, they were awful!! Every time we opened the door, we were swarmed! Even though we struggled with keeping the bugs out we loved this house and look forward to getting to visit again! Definitely recommend
