Positive: Very Close to ebbsfleet station. Very close to BLUEWATER. Co op opposite hotel Lovely pub restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating area . All weathers great location absolutely perfect for parking too. Gym being open soon opening Oppisite the hotel. Fantastic area very safe
