Summary: Rooms were clean and fresh. Didn't have a chance to eat breakfast. Staff was absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly (front desk)

Summary: The toilet kept messing up and there was a crack in the flooring of the hotel. I kind of one my money back. It was ridiculous, but I was sick at the time and I had just had it biopsy. Is there anyway I can get my money back?

Summary: a number of the bathroom floor tiles were broken and it felt like the subfloor was missing. when you stepped on them, they sank slightly. more of a pet peeve, but I do not care for the LED bright white lighting many of the hotels are moving towards. it makes the room feel uncomfortable and cheap. would have been nice to have an outdoor pool to relax around during the warmer months. it was clean, just a basic hotel. ok for a night, but would not stay for more than that.
