Summary: Very clean and nice hotel. Awesome breakfast. good pool, comfortable room and bed. Only downside was the elevator was down when we checked in. They had a maintenance guy working on it, but it took quite awhile. The stairs wouldn't have been an issue for us, but we had a ton of stuff in the car to bring up to the room so we waited for the elevator in the lobby. The firepit outside was a great touch too! I think I paid $250Canadian which is by far cheaper than anything youll find in the Portland area. Probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever seen. Room was clean and comfortable, nice shower. 4.75/5 stars, only because of the elevator.

Summary: The room was lovely but the highway traffic caused us not to be able to sleep well. (Ask for a room in the front of the hotel.) The pool was awesome. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was not replenished like it should have been. That area needed to be wiped and cleaned as it was used.

Summary: Well it was a place to rest your head! Did not like the fact we were not told you had to ask them to clean your room and for fresh towels! Also every other cleaning brings tiny ants! The windows are not safe next to I95

Summary: Upon arrival the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had to extend our stay due to car problems and they were extremely accommodating and empathic.

Summary: The stay itself was fine. However, I receive a call about 2 hours before our check in from Hotels.com cancelling our room due to overbooking. Understand I was driving and had a friends event on arrival. After confirming is was actuall Hotels.com your rep found as a room at same price as the original hotel. Because we were going to a funeral we were uptight about this experience. A suggestion would be that when you call a customer for this type of cancellation, you use the cell phone as confirmation and don’t ask for more personal information. You had my cell on file. Another way would be to send a Text or email with a code to give the the caller.

Summary: Pros: friendly staff, clean facilities, good breakfast. Cons: waited an hour for check-in, furniture and bed uncomfortable, no lighting in living room, lots of noise from unit above, had to request linens for sofa bed.
