Positive: Mr. McKnight, the night manager, gave me the type of room I requested that evening. On the top floor, away from the elevators, because I am a very light sleeper. He also had to deal with an unreasonable guest that arrived after us, demanding immediate attention while the computer had to be restarted, saying "I am a Platinum member!" Mr. McNight was calm and patient with her. He was also at the desk the next morning for my check out, which went without a cinch.

Summary: Great staff and this hotel is a good value vs nearby hotels.
