Summary: Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating quick check-in. Room was ready early. They allowed me to check in early but bed had an order great location close to many restaurants and events. there was a high school soccer team and a high school volleyball team there at the same time, but there was never any no ass problems

Summary: Breakfast was great, nice selection. Bed was comfortable. Issued: fridge cover door was broken, bathroom door was also broken and the toilet made a crazy noise when flushed.

Summary: Everyone from the check in desk to the woman running the breakfast were all very nice and friendly. Made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.

Summary: We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row. This year was the worst stay. The room is spacious with large closet and bathroom. Our beds were not comfortable, they need to be replaced. Bathroom had stray hairs in multiple areas. Room refrigerator was not working. Shower had zero water pressure. The cook was late to prepare breakfast, so there was no hot food at 7:00 when breakfast opened. The staff at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The best part of our stay was the breakfast attendant, she was very kind and had a great smile. We would probably book elsewhere on our next trip through Jackson.

Summary: Very nice room set-up. Spacious and comfortable. The bed was extreme comfortable. I was surprised they didn’t have darkening curtains , so the sun started coming in around the window when the sun started coming up. The hallway spelled like Marijuana a couple times, which was disgusting. They had a great breakfast with alot of options and staff was very friendly

Summary: Upon arrival the trash over flowing did greet us. Staff did not make eye contact nor smile. But she did make time to sit with her male guest all night in lobby. Next morning the same bigger trash pile saw us to our exiting.

Summary: Room was spacious and very comfortable! Breakfast was great too! Lots of choices. The coffee was the best I’ve had at a hotel!! Actually, it was the best cup I’ve had in awhile.

Summary: We were super impressed with this hotel it was so clean the beds were comfy and even the trundle bed was used and also comfy. Bonus points because the room actually gets dark at night and usually i cant sleep for all the lights from everywhere. Breakfast buffet was big and also tastey. Staff were super sweet and helpful. Check in was fast and shower was great. Price 2as very reasonable..Thanks would definitely stay again
