Summary: The front desk check in was amazing! She had a lovely inviting smile. She answered our questions and made us feel warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay as we dropped off our daughter at the U of L.

Summary: Everything was wonderful but a couple of things. Breakfast on Saturday morning was crazy. When we got down at 830 almost everything was gone. Took staff a while to get things stocked back up. Ventilation in the bathroom was non existent. Almost passed out in the shower. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Staff at front desk was helpful and sweet. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

Summary: Housekeeper Dorothy amazing; so nice & kept our room clean! Front desk agent at check in on Saturday 7/12 about 5 pm not pleasant. Asked for her to call the shuttle to the expo center & our driver( Barry ) who was excellent told us he never got a call.

Summary: On the plus side: very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent price. On the down side: uncomfortable, lumpy mattresses, lighting around bathroom sink poor.

Summary: Left a bag behind and went back for it said they didnt find anything like that in the room when i for certain where i left it. Front desk asked everyone denied finding it. Thats pretty petty.

Summary: The staff was really key in our experience. We decided to return again. They went out of their way to make my daughter’s 18th birthday extra special. Our accommodations were comfortable and met our expectations. Breakfast options worked well for our family.
