Summary: The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! Shout out to the breakfast staff! (A very sweet lady helped me out with a gluten free muffin when none were displayed.) And Reggie at the front desk was amazing!! Thank you all for making our stay so much more pleasant.

Summary: Friendly staff, very welcoming. Breakfast was hot and never allowed to go empty. Great staff keeping an eye on it. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel is older so somethings need a refresh. Lobby is well maintaoned. Very walkable location to Beale Street, restaurants and sights. Short Uber ride to Graceland.

Summary: I stayed in a handicap room. Having extra rolls of toilet paper in the room. Larger trash cans I had baby dippers. A hook for your towels or a robe especially near the roll in shower for handicap persons. also the handicap button to open the door to the room did not work. I had to call someone to turn off the lights on the edge off the bed. Make sure all lamps have bulbs that work. The room was very dark in places.
