Summary: I booked the hotel because of its name Marriott. Upon entering, the customer service was poor, and the rooms had ants. I reported this to the staff, and they said, "Yes, we know the whole building has ants." There is no customer service. We asked for tiles and linens, and we had to wait until the next day for linens and come get our tiles ourselves. There is no friendly staff service, which was very disappointing.

Summary: Didn’t clean room but once during the entire 4 day stay. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels and a bag to empty out trash cans in room cause they were overflowing

Summary: Everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Pool was so nice and the hotel vibe was relaxing. We will stay here again for sure

Summary: Careful. They did a hold of $40 on our credit for incidentals, and ended up keeping $20 of that money for no reason. We didn't notice until our credit card statement showed the charge 3 days after we got home from the stay.

Summary: All good except understaffed. The staff on duty were pleasant and helpful, but terribly overwhelmed. At breakfast, some of the guests were helping clear tables, stock paper products, and change trash bags. The staff were doing the best they could do, but could not do it all.

Summary: Pool was cloudy. Breakfast area was a disaster. Attendent for breakfast was rude and very unfriendly. Slamming doors, rudly stepping in front of guests, not being friendly or saying excuse me. She even got into a fight with another employee and was yelling loudly. It was a very unpleasant experience. Food was average and not stocked well. Not a huge variety either. For the cost of the one night stay, i expected better. Also, an employee entered my room while i was out and had a do not disturb sign on the door,to leave extra towels and blankets that were requested when i booked. This was unacceptable as you should expect that staff will honor privacy and stay out of rooms with the hang tang. Very disappointed in my stay. There are many hotels in Cincinnati, i will go elsewhere next time.

Summary: No real complaints about our stay. Staff was polite and courteous. The main reason for not giving a higher review was the breakfast was not great and the pool was not clean and almost always out of towels.

Summary: The staff was never at the front desk. People were waiting 20 to 30 minutes to check in to get anything. They were completely out of towels went for breakfast and they were literally out of everything. The only thing they had was scrambled eggs they had no spoons no food no cups nothing I would not stay here.
