Summary: We stayed here before going to Sesame Place and chose it because we could walk across the street to the park! Room was clean, but the shower was a little dirty with no conditioner. For breakfast, they used styrofoam plates and bowls. Other than that, great stay!

Summary: The hotel was ok. If you're visiting Sesame Place it's the closest to walk over especially if you have young children. Breakfast has limited options. The customer service is where u felt it's severely lacking. I don't know the name of the young lady at the front desk during the day, she never wore a name badge or introduced herself, but her demeanor and response to requests seemed like you are bothering her. Example: our room has what I assumed is their standard 3 towels, I went down and requested 2 additional towels since it was 5 of us. She seemed bothered by the request but wrote our room number down, after waiting for 3 hours I went down and asked again about the towels, another worker with her asked if I was requesting extra towels or if the ones we had were dirty, to which I responded "we didn't have enough". The next morning at breakfast the same young lady walked over to the breakfast area and said to the person refilling that she should not add more French vanilla creamer once what's there runs out, she didn't seem to care that guests were around. We paid almost $1000 for three nights to feel like anything we needed was a bother. The hotel was clean. If you're planning to walk over to Sesame place this is it, but the customer service and breakfast isn't that of a typical Marriott property.

Summary: We booked a Suite with a bed and sleep sofa. The fitted sheet for the sofa did not fit, there was no top sheet, only one lamp in the two rooms worked. Then there was the $20.00 parking fee, I never heard of having to pay to park at the Hotel you are staying at.

Summary: The manger on was rude and not understanding at all. The fire alarm went off at around 9:30pm when all the kids were sleeping. We evacuated and had to wait for the fire department to get there and shut off the alarm. Once we were inside the strobe lights from the alarm were on until about Midnight. When we called the front desk inquiring about the light the manger was upset because

Summary: Our only issue was the pool closed before we arrived, but Melissa did her best to make up for it. Nice room and the complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Summary: The staff is the best of any place I've ever stayed in 30+ years of travel. They are helpful, witty and fun. I like the king rooms the best super roomy, clean and comfortable.

Summary: The hotel room itself was clean. The remote to the TV didn't work but I brought my iPad so I used that instead. The light beside my bed didn't work but the plug ins did so I'm assuming the light bulb just needed changed. No shelves in the shower? Odd. Overall, would use again but wanted to share my feedback.
