Summary: The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. I did not expect to be charged two days parking for a one-night stay where my total time at the hotel was around 12 hours.

Summary: Gentleman (Alex I believe, my memory is not good) at the front desk went out of his way and was able to accommodate us, was super helpful and his energy was contagious. We all left the check in process with a smile on our faces. No small feat for our 11 and 8 year old boys! Great job!
