Positive: The kind blonde woman at the front desk on the evening of 9/29 was very helpful. I forgot a charger and toothpaste and she sorted me right out, check-in was quick, and she signed me up for the free shuttle. All easy - which I was so grateful for!! Even the breakfast attended was kind and friendly at 5am the next day!

Positive: Great location, and very convenient to airport & mall. Bed was very comfortable and I like the little sitting room for reading and watching TV, so your not disturbing your partner if they want to sleep.
Negative: The sliding door to the shower was sticky.

Positive: Great location, great night sleep. Unfriendly staff. The fixtures in our room are kind of falling apart.
Negative: Unfriendly staff, overpriced beverages, meh breakfast. I’ve stayed there a number of times in the past and it was very good. In the future we’ll book elsewhere as there are better options.

Positive: I appreciated the gluten free muffin for breakfast :) Room was clean, when we asked for towels they were fast in arriving.
Negative: The bartender Friday night was friendly and efficient. Which was a contrast to the bartender on Saturday who was just surly and rude.
