Summary: Nice guesthouse near ball state. It was relaxing to come back to after long days of campus visits. I also liked the proximity to Summit Lake state park and Wilbur Wright fish and wildlife area; that provided an opportunity to explore nature while my son was busy on campus. If he decides to go to ball state, we will definitely come back.

Summary: Within 20 minutes of Ball state and able to get there easily and was able to get away and relax after. The owner is great and very helpful.

Summary: I have to say, the listing and pictures didn’t do this property justice! More spacious than expected, this was the perfect place for our family to relax after getting out daughter settled at Taylor University. My boys loved the beach area, the paddle boat, and the golf cart to explore the trails. The beds were super comfortable, and while we didn’t meet Mary, Todd was friendly and gave us a great recommendation for the local pizza place. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to my friends and family, and would be happy to stay there again!

Summary: Our 3rd time staying here and it only gets better! The property and amenities are amazing. My 9 year old grandson caught his first fish on the lake and was so happy. Todd and Mary, the hosts, are so gracious and responsive. Our kids and grandkids came over and the whole family enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the lake. Beds are comfy and house is well equipped. Look forward to our next visit!

Summary: This is our second stay. The grounds are immaculate, the amenities are great, the lake is awesome, and my children had a blast. It truly ticks all the bells. Thank you for being such gracious hosts.

Summary: My family and I were in from CA for a wedding at the nearby tree farm. We had a great stay! I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the beautiful property a bit longer. We were basically here to sleep and shower so I didn’t get to explore outside much. We had everything we needed inside and particularly enjoyed the play set outside for my little one. The host was was great as well! The door lock was a bit tricky at first but we figured it out. The directions the host provided were very helpful. It was very private, very quiet, and a gorgeous property!

Summary: We loved our stay. We took our 2 grandsons and they had a blast. We rode the paddle boat and older grandson rode kayake. We fished about the whole time we were there and caught so many. We also enjoyed the golf cart. We rode it every day to the lake and around the property. Owners are very nice and will answer any question you have. Very nice people. We already want to go back.

Summary: The Willis's were great host. The house was great, they had everything we needed. At the lake we were able to enjoy the paddle boat and kayak. So beautiful! We had fun driving around the property on the golf cart. The campfire was a great way to end the day. We would highly recommend staying at this lake house. We made great memories ❤️
