Summary: Great place right in the heart of Hot Springs. Attached cafe had great food and was very convenient, rooms were updated and very clean. We'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: It was a great stay- friendly owners, clean and nice room. The cafe was delicious, affordable and the service was great. Only negatives are the walls are thin and the air conditioner was super loud which made sleeping more difficult when you have kids.

Summary: Newly remodeled room. Clean. Had our dog. Great location. The cafe was amazing and convenient. Would stay there again.

Summary: We had a great stay! Loved the barn doors that slide over the windows to block the bright morning sun! The only thing missing was a coffee pot inside the room. Staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean, and they are making beautiful improvements to the cafe and outdoor area!

Summary: It was a great trip. Other than the construction on the bridge that leads into the main part of town. That was a pain. As far as the hotel and staff it was great.
