Positive: Very clean, spacious, loved waking up to the horses, sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine in the evening watching the farm workers

Negative: Room was very warm, but it was exceptional weather so not their issue, there was a small fan in the drawer and this helped a little

Positive: The room was gorgeous. Everything was so clean, bedding, towels etc. Lovely view seeing beautiful horse. The host was really nice.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: Excellent B&B within easy walking distance of Seahouses.Lovely views from the balcony ,loved watching the race horses training every morning. Great breakfast cooked to order .Hosts Ian and Marion very friendly and helpful.Our room v clean and comfortable.
