Negative: Would have liked a hot option at breakfast. Had a problem with the stairs to the second floor room (other floor rooms all booked).

Positive: Lovely large rooms. Comfy bed. Quiet house. Very friendly and welcoming host. Well stocked bathroom.

Negative: No tele in the room, which was fine but something to note. Breakfast was very high quality but lacked variety. Can't fault the quality of the food supplied though.
