Summary: Our stay was fantastic! We stayed in The Moffat Room. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy nearby. The location was perfect, and the place had a delightful, quaint charm. We'll definitely be planning another visit in the near future.

Summary: This property was really really cool. It was quiet and cottage-y feeling while still being right on the main street of Fergus. Having the restaurant downstairs was really convenient and my partner and I enjoyed the garden patio, very beautiful. I rated the staff service as pleasing instead of excellent because there were no staff, and this was one of the things that was neat. Check-in was a self-guided process but still totally easy and convenient. No one was around to bug you but there was still a 24/7 number you could call if help was required. Room amenities were great in the Wellington room - a big bed and pull-out couch, fridge, fireplace and a/c unit, smart tv, Keurig coffee machine with pods. Heated floors, claw foot bath tube, tiled shower, and hygiene products in bathroom. Overall 10/10 experience.

Summary: We loved the Moffat room. It was clean and quaint with lots of character. There is a fireplace, air conditioning, heated bathroom floors, mini fridge, fan and a full coffee set up. The bed is large and very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was amazing for dinner too. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Everything went well and room we stayed is enough for what we need. The stairs going up to our room was not convenient. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Overall, we had a nice time here. The room was small and simple, a little wear but clean. No extra bells and whistles. We were worried we would be able to hear our neighbours a lot but other than coming in and out we didn't and nighttime was excessively quiet which was lovely. The restaurant downstairs was a fun surprise-really great italian place! We even went down later and got more tartufo because we loved it so much.
