Positive: I liked the location on the farm, very warm and welcoming.

Negative: Sadly the shower had bugs running around and there was dust around, the cutlery was dirty.

Positive: Location, easy check-in, timely communication from the host, kitchen with a good coffee maker, and utensils for us to use were a huge bonus; the room was pretty clean, and parking was a breeze right in the front, and good value for money considering the location and we stayed during the Memorial Day weekend

Negative: We stayed in the Sequoia room, so my opinion is purely based on our experience. I'm deducting a point for a couple of items: one of the queen beds was bouncy and uncomfortable to sleep on (it felt like one of those old box springs that need replacing). The bathroom also had no body wash. I'm sure they would have filled it if we had requested, but we were in a hurry to leave the next morning to head to the park. Besides these, our stay was

Positive: This place is very charming and conveniently located close to the NP. The check in was extremely easy and the room well equipped. Cleanliness was ok. Would recommend to anyone visiting Sequoia or Kings Canyon!

Negative: Generally clean but the presence of long hair on our towels and some open eye drops from previous guests I suppose.
