Positive: The location right by the beach. Room for our family. Beach decor!
Negative: Some things were in disrepair as in containers under sink to catch drips, privacy wall on balcony was gone/torn down, a hole in the door which actually could be used to enter without the key code. Too many stairs for senior adults and this was not disclosed until after I paid. Additional fees were added for cleaning and I felt it was a bit expensive as it was almost as much as the 3 night reservation itself. Plus a $10 parking pass.
Summary: Not as good a deal as I first thought.

Positive: The condo was very well decorated and had all the amenities as described in the description. The location was amazing with the beach visible from the balcony and a 1 minute walk from the condo. The host was very welcoming and friendly along with being responsive to all of our questions.
Negative: The only thing missing from the property in general was a 'hot tub', lol. The description clearly states there is not a hot tub so we knew that when we booked. But, the pool is heated and comfortable when the weather is warm enough.
