Positive: My room was spacious, well-equipped, quiet and had a great view to the sea, the city itself and one of the mountains in the area. The members of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also good (the breakfast room was on the top floor of the building and also had a great view). In conclusion, I had an excellent stay here.

Positive: Amazing stay ! Because we were in the low season we were upgraded to a suite and the spa was included. We got to enjoy the huge pool and spa facilities just by ourselves. Great breakfast with a lovely view of Tromso. And a special note to all the staff for their kindness and dedication !

Negative: Bed was quite soft which is not for everyone

Positive: Everything was great. We booked a double room with an ocean view which was not available because of the repair works. The manager was extremely nice to give us a free upgrade to a large 3 room suite. Breakfast is very good. The spa is small but good.

Negative: The spa could have been better but they said the works are still being done and they will upgrade it soon.

Summary: Great hotel within a walking distance to everything in Tromso center.
