Summary: My family has been coming here for over 60 years. Many upgrades over the years. The pool and great new mattresses are top in my eyes. Not fancy but a clean and friendly place to spend a few weeks. Central for all the Island land marks. 2.5 hours or less to any lighthouse.

Summary: Super friendly staff. This stay is close to North Rustico Beach and very close to all the fun stuff in Cavendish. The BBQ comes in handy as there is a grocery store near by. I recommend this motel for Northshore travelers.

Summary: Loved our stay at this motel. Its the cutest little place with some recent upgrades. Pool was perfect, owners were very nice, it was so quiet even with all the units being used. We will be back to this place for sure!

Summary: This was a 2 bedroom unit that was supposed to have an additional sofa bed. That sofa bed was in the kitchen, and when it was opened it blocked the only exit from the unit. We chose not to use it at all. It was very old and the mattress was very thin. Overall, the unit was very nice and appeared to have been recently remodeled...which made us wonder why we were killing 15-20 roaches each day. We did let the gentleman at the front desk know. He told us that the bugs 'did not bite', and did nothing. We also had issues with several wall outlets not working. If the A/C was on, and too many lights were on, the lights would start doing a strobe flickering. We kept the lights to a minimum because we did not want an electrical fire. The kitchen was well equipped with a new stove, but we chose not to do any cooking there because of the roaches. The location of the motel was convenient, and a nice walking path to the beach was just across the street. But...I would never stay here again due to the roach problem they obviously have. We stayed for 3 nights and killed roaches every day.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Owners were very kind. Great family atmosphere. I attended with my two children (8&10). Perfect spot to touch down and rest while exploring the island. Kids loved having space to run. They loved the heated saltwater pool to enjoy in the evenings when we returned from exploring. Beds were comfortable. Linens were all we needed. They had basic essentials in the kitchen and included dish soap and bins for recycling, composting etc… everything was in perfect working condition. I was surprised to see that each unit had its own bbq (not just one shared). Perfect beach cottage feel. We will 100% be returning.

Summary: This was a multi-room option (superior 3 bedroom). The 3rd bedroom was on a slant (foundation shifted) and the exit door on the third bedroom was blocked by the entrance pad that shifted above the door frame. For the price that was paid the value was extremely poor. We also had beetles in the room that were likely coming from a shifted/cracked foundation.

Summary: This was our second stay at the St. Lawrence Motel. It is a hidden gem and we will absolutely book again next summer. We love the quiet location but proximity to so many beautiful attractions. Some areas of the cottage are dated, but it is impeccably clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The bathrooms are updated and very lovely.

Summary: It was a nice place with a pool, soccer goal, swings, it was nice for kids. Unfortunately, the pool hours are from 11h30 to 7h30. No one can use it, it is not convenient at all. They were also a lot of earwigs in the motel, but since it is humid outside, they try to get in dry places, not really the motels fault.
