Newly renovated riverfront home on the mainland with easy access and ample parking. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. You have access to the dock and boathouse and use of the 4 kayaks that can be launched right from the property. The docks have space for 3 boats that you can launch at the public boat launch less then a mile away. The master has a queen bed and a half bath attached. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 4 twins. A large deck with plenty of seating overlooks the river where you can cook on the Blackstone cooking station while you relax and watch the boats go by. Every evening you will be treated with an amazing sunset from the front deck.

Summary: The cottage was exactly what we wanted. It had what we needed and was in a great location. We had the most beautiful sunsets along the river. We'd recommend this place to others.

Summary: Great property with awesome view. The use of the dock and the kayaks were so convenient. House was clean and up to date. Patrick was available for questions when I lost the email on accessing the house. Sat outside on the deck overlooking the water and watched The sun set over oak island every evening. Never even turned the tv on. Living room made up entirely of sliding doors so the breeze comes through and keeps it nice and cool even when temperatures were in the 80s.
