Summary: Bright, clean and comfortable one bedroom end unit in a quiet well-maintained residential neighborhood. Great location - walk to wonderful beach, lots of eating options and cute downtown with shops and more restaurants. Pretty and private landscaped back yard space. Convenient washer/dryer on site. Owner (Jim) very responsive and friendly. A perfect experience for our first VRBO rental.

Summary: The owner is very helpful and accommodating! This is a newly refurbished unit and it is set up beautifully for 1-2 people; very clean, all brand new, and includes everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. It also has a small little backyard patio with chairs for post beach hanging out. It is a short walk to the beach and any eating/drinking establishments. Don't miss the sunsets on the beach at Upham Beach and have a yummy meal at the Paradise Grille. Farmer's Market on Corey Ave. on Sundays is another great activity. St Pete's Beach is a favorite vacation spot and I would highly recommend renting this unit. I will be back!

Summary: We found this cute little one bedroom in St Petersburg Beach for a long weekend. It was perfect for us for what we wanted to do. A few blocks to the beach and some fun restaurants nearby! I had a few questions and the owner was very quick to reply.
