Summary: What a lovely little Condo across from the Beach… everything was clean & well stocked … Bed was comfortable also! Only negative was it could use some new pillows… but that wasn’t a major concern! We will be back & stay at this Pass a Grille GEM!

Summary: Unit was more than advertised. Clean, modern, well managed, quiet. Even had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, fishing poles, float noodles and a hat (No, I didn't wear it). Full kitchen saved us $ on food. Location is perfect. Beach is to die for. Price was very reasonable. Hope to make this our place to vacation.

Summary: The condo is in a perfect location with the beach right across the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. The condo itself had a bad musty smell. I opened the windows to air it out and it continued with the same smell. I went to buy some Febreeze and it helped some but, every time I came back in from being out, the smell was overwhelming. Also, once I returned home the smell was in my clothes and my suitcase. There are plenty of towels and washcloths to use but, they’re old and have absorbed the smell of the condo. The shower head needs replaced, desperately. The water pressure is zero and multiple holes in the shower head were coated in a greenish/white film. Bed was comfortable, the pillows, not so much. They’re old, stained and have the same musty smell. I purchased my own for the 3 day stay. Sheets and pillow cases are old and need replacing. I loved having the beach chair available to take to the beach. This is the type of place you rent for the location, not the actual place you’re staying in.

Summary: We stayed for our honeymoon and our stay was perfect! The room was clean, cble TV was a plus, the location was absolutely beautiful! Highley recommend! We will definitely stay again!

Summary: The unit had everything we needed, attention to detail with beach chairs, umbrella, toys, noodles, fishing poles , beach towels, etc. The unit was very clean, supplies, and cooking equipment..2 minutes to beach , plenty of restaurants. Nice to walk around and not crowded.great balcony to watch sunset or have morning coffee.. I have been to many places in st. Pete,but this is the one.. we will be back. Thank you Peter!

Summary: Location Location Location! The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was just across the street. Beautiful crystal clear beach!
