This comfortable and updated home features new paint, flooring, updated kitchen with new appliances, and a new coastal style décor. The house has three cozy bedrooms all with one King and two queen beds and all with celling fans. There is one full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a 1/2 bath located in one of the bedrooms. In addition there is an outside shower area when you return from the beach. Living room, dining room and bonus room give plenty of space to hang out.

Summary: Craig was good about reimbursing us for costs of a toaster, blanket, clothes drying rack, mattress pad, etc. We were looking forward to the hot tub mentioned on the VRBO web page, but there is no hot tub. The refrigerator leaked several times a week to make a pool of water on the kitchen floor. One burner on the stove was defective. The hot water heater leaks in the garage. Good location.

Summary: We loved our stay here. The house is in a nice and safe neighborhood across from the beach (about a 5 min walk). The house has everything you could want or need. Comfortable. Clean. Craig is the owner and is the best!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here when we are back in the area. Excellent choice.

Summary: This was a great location. Within walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. Craig was a great host. We had a great time and would definately recommend staying here.

Summary: Spent 3 months in paradise. Just what we were looking for in house, with a big private fenced in backyard. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The beach and stores all within walking distance make it special. Defiant want to return !

Summary: The house was very clean and exactly as described. Perfect for our needs! We were able to walk to nearby bars, restaurants, grocery and of course, the beach! We loved the backyard and the overall layout of the home! Will definitely be coming back!
