Positive: Spacious accommodation with the bonus of all rooms being en-suite. Use of the hot tub in the evening with the courtyard lighting was nice. Location ideal for easy sightseeing in Cornwall. Home was decorated with a tree for our Christmas stay. Plenty of cutlery and crockery and plenty of dishwasher tablets were in the property.

Negative: Could have done with a mirror in the room I used to be able to dry hair. Could not find a bottle opener but not an issue as had one in car. Having read reviews about the television set up we went prepared with a WiFi tv to use in the lounge/dining area so not a negative for us.

Positive: The accommodation provided an exceptional experience. The residence offered ample space and was comprehensively equipped. Each bedroom featured an ensuite bathroom, which was convenient for all guests. The bedrooms were well-distributed on the upper level, with the exception of the primary bedroom located on the ground floor. The hot tub was a notable feature, and the courtyard provided ample space for recreational activities. The groundskeeper, John, provided invaluable assistance throughout the week, and his support was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and would consider a return visit..

Negative: The current television setup, situated in a confined space, restricts the viewing capacity. The kitchen, conversely, presents a significantly larger area that could potentially accommodate a television viewing arrangement.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Positive: Beautiful location. Everyone I spoke to regarding the accommodation was Incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of a space for a big group, we didn’t have to worry about being too noisy and could really enjoy ourselves

Positive: Rooms and kitchen space all of a good size, kitchen missing basics like enough cutlery etc.. hot tub and outdoor space nice, although staff member entering the private space through out day to collect gardening equipment ment we couldn't relax with the children.

Negative: We book months in advance, pictures showed a swimming pool on site which was the main reason we booked to stay here. The pool was an extra charge but that was fine. 2 days before our trip was total the pool was broken and couldn't be used. We only booked because the younger members of family couldn't use hot tub so would be able to use the pool. We were only offered a 50% refund if we cancelled due to the pool being broken. So we went anyway and during our stay there own members of family that were staying in the main house was using the pool with their children. Felt very mislead when booking to stay here. As they said the pool isn't always available. Clearly they knew that had mislead us when booking as during our stay we noticed they had taken down the images of the swimming pool off booking.com. Wouldn't book again.

Positive: Location was great, hot tub was wonderful, party barn was really handy and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bathroom products, a bit of wear and tear but super clean despite that which was great.

Negative: Lacking some essential bits like bin bags and dish soap. Would also be good to have cling film or tin foil, the knives need sharpening too but we managed.
