Positive: The hotel looks well tendered, clean and the staff is kind, polite and helpful.

Negative: The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center. Also, the breakfast was not great as the bread was not fresh and of not a great quality, croissant also. The offered breakfast should be included in the rather high price of the room, and not charged 9€ per person extra, especially when it wasn't anything special. The general conclusion is overpriced.
