Summary: Hotel is in a prime location, with parking approx 300m away. Rooms are modern but no air conditioning, which is not the best during the summer months. Only a small fan is provided in the rooms. Breakfast is ok with decent options.

Summary: The staff and service was excellent. However the staircase to our room was very narrow and dangerous for older people. To our surprise there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms.

Summary: On the Place, serounded of terrasses and restaurants but noisy specially at night..decoration of the room not great, brown carpet and one brown wall.

Summary: I would have liked to have given 5 stars but it was incredibly hot on the third floor and the fan did notmove much air, but on a cooler day it would have got a 5! Thank you

Summary: This a very charming hotel located in the heart of Breda. We had tons of dining choices. We had a great time and will stay again. Warning: This is a very old hotel and is not suitable for people with door ability to climb stairs. The elevator is very small and you must still utilize stairs to get to your room
