Positive: Lovely location in central Sneek, with free parking around the corner in a public car park.
Negative: Coffee machine in room and communal area didn’t work - 10 minute walk to find coffee in the morning. Arrived at the designated check in time but building locked up so couldn’t get in. Had to ring the owner to open the door. Outside terrace area to the room grubby/dirty - certainly not a junior suite but overall ok for the price for a one night stay.
Summary: Sneek is beautiful. Fine for a one night stay.

Positive: Location was great alongside one of the canals and just a five minute walk from the train/bus station Good size apartment. Good TV channel. Free bottle of wine. Absolutely loved the town of Sneek.
Negative: Spiral staircase not an easy climb up and down Lack of an information booklet, in case of fire, doctors, etc, and especially information on the operation of the cooking hob, as we did have a slight problem with it. We were there for 5 nights. Pity there was no dustpan and brush/broom. The sound from upstairs was noticeable, mainly from the guests walking around or moving chairs etc. especially late on our last night.
