Positive: Very nice appartment, in great location. We stayed only 1 night, arrived late and left early, hard to say anything bad. The locality is inner town, sometimes hard to get near the building with a car (we have arrived during some festival, so we had to carry our bags, luckily that was not a problem). If we have stayed, we would have enjoyed the festival and this place would be ideal for it. Maybe next time! Also (this is not a minus for me, for I don't care - just a warning to others) you really really have to park far away, since there is no parking besides public lots and parking houses.
Negative: I know the owners tried to make everything great, but please, do not use that much water when cleaning. When we arrived, there still were puddles on the floor everywhere. Also, the water pressure in shower is very low.
Summary: Great price/value, great location in city centre - hard parking and sometimes car inaccessible.

Positive: the apartment is really clean and well maintained. It is on the ground floor in a building located 5 min walking from the city center. communication was easy and access the same. We parked right in front of the building but it was 9.00 PM and we've paid for paring only the next day
