Positive: Big garden. Comfortable. Spacious. Quiet. Clean. Nice lounge for watching TV.
Negative: Lock box located on a side wall - not immediately visible - especially when dark. More information about how to access the property would have been helpful as it is a little awkwardly located (especially when it is dark)- set back from the main Dereham Rd going toward Norwich. Coming from Norwich you have to turn right, stay in a narrow island in the middle of the dual carriageway to wait for a gap in traffic & then turn slightly left on to the sandy unmetalled road/track in front of the house. This access issue is the only reason we would not return to the property again. Our sat nav couldn't cope with it. Outside toilet didn't have a working bulb - so couldn't be used after dark.

Positive: Spacious interior, pretty clean, own parking , owner easy to contact Extra toilet outdoors was useful! Garden seating was useful on a sunny day. WiFi worked well
Negative: Bathroom door - handle on door had no functionality. Owner popped in while we were out for the day, which is ok, it's their property, but it's just nice to let us know.
